If you have demonstrated or vended at RiverRoots before and would like to update your files, feel free to send us new promotional materials, otherwise we will use previous years.

The Folk Art Village is a venue for handmade art and craft. If your products do not align with our festival we reserve the right to deny participation.  No imported products will be displayed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 
By completing the form above I agree that I have read all the information provided with this application and agree to abide to all the rules described therein. I release VisitMadison Inc. and River Roots Music and Folk Arts Festival from any and all liability; for any damage, injury or loss to any person or goods which may arise. If for any reason I am unable to attend the festival I will notify the Folk Art Village Committee at the earliest possible date.
